1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Houston Store Fixtures ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Wholesale Nature of Business

Houston Store Fixtures is a wholesale supplier of retail store fixtures and display equipment. Our products are intended for businesses, retailers, and commercial buyers. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for a legitimate business purpose. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our wholesale criteria.

We sell display cases, gondola shelving, slatwall panels, mannequins, gridwall systems, and related accessories. Minimum order quantities or purchase amounts may apply to certain products or promotional pricing.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by Houston Store Fixtures. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing on our website; however, prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a credit account has been established in writing with Houston Store Fixtures. We accept major credit cards, business checks (subject to clearing period), and wire transfers for qualified accounts. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

For orders on approved net terms, invoices are due within the agreed period. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to place accounts on hold for past-due balances.

5. Product Availability & Specifications

All products are sold subject to availability. Product specifications, dimensions, colors, and images shown on our website are provided as a general guide and are subject to change by manufacturers without notice. Minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions from what is displayed online do not constitute grounds for return or refund unless the product is materially different from what was ordered.

We are not responsible for product shortages due to manufacturer delays, supply chain disruptions, or acts beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Houston Store Fixtures or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Store Fixtures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to that claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
