Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. If you're picking up an order, call (713) 334-9786 ahead of time so it's ready when you arrive.
Can I buy on the spot and take it home the same day?
Yes. In-stock items can leave with you the same day. We take cash and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) in person, and you can also order online and choose free local pickup.
Do you carry used fixtures?
Used Lozier and Madix gondola shelving — shelves, bases, end caps and feet — is stocked in Houston and sold in person only, because the inventory rotates. Everything sold on the website is brand new. Occasional floor models may also be available in the showroom.
Can I bring my measurements or a floor plan?
Please do. Bring your dimensions or a sketch and our team will help you figure out how many gondola sections, end caps, slatwall panels or cases your space needs.
